Messages Prices/Messages Automation/ Messages Settings
The SETTINGS / Messages section allows you to set and manage messages pricing, message automation and additional message settings for your LoyalFans account.
You will find 3 tabs in the SETTINGS / Messages section:
The Messages Prices tab: Allows you to set and manage message pricing for followers, Subscribers and Individual Fans.
The Messages Automation tab: Allows you to set and manage message automation settings.
The Messages Settings tab: Allows you to set and manage additional messages options.
Message Prices
The Message Prices section allows you to set and manage default pricing for members (followers and subscribers). The payment will only be received for those messages if answered within 72 hours. You will receive the money into your balance once you reply.
The default messages prices for members are for the following:
- Text Message Price - sets the price a member pays to send you a private and direct text message inside your LoyalFans messages section
- Video Message Price - sets the price a member pays to send you a private Video message inside your LoyalFans messages section
- Gif Message Price - sets the price a member pays to send you an animated GIF message inside your LoyalFans messages section
- Image(s) Message Price - sets the price a member pays to send you an image(s) message inside your LoyalFans messages section
- Audio Message Price - sets the price a member pays to send you an audio message inside your LoyalFans messages section
After making modifications, don’t forget to click on the red UPDATE PRICES Button to save your updated prices.
The Message Price Rules Section allows you to set global pricing for subscribers and followers. Adding groups will supersede the defaults messages prices listed above and be prioritized based on order from top to bottom. Adjust group order by dragging and dropping.
The Message Prices Rules are for all types of messages sent by specific types of fans: followers, subscribers or groups. Including text, image, audio and gif messages.
The Individual Prices Section allows you to search and add specific fans. Once added you can set and manage specific prices for that unique fan. You can set higher or lower prices for each type of messages received from that fan.
Message Settings
The Message Settings section allows you to set and manage additional messages options by toggling On or Off your message notifications settings for the following:
- Get Tip Correspondence In Messages - Toggle On or Off to activate direct messages for tips received outside of DMs. This will enable you to receive DMs from fans when they send you tips from timeline posts, the video store, and so on.
- Include GROSS Tip Amount - Toggle On or Off to show the GROSS tip amount in messages (as well as the NET amount).
- New Message Popup - Toggle On or Off to disable New Message popup notifications.
