Go Live
Go Live is the LoyalFans feature to use to do LIVE Cam Shows for your fans. Your fans will see you and hear you but you will not hear or see your fans.
The Go Live feature is accessible from two locations. The first location is on top of your timeline, click on the fourth tab to access it.
Go Live is also located at the top of the main dashboard. Locate Go Live under your avatar and click on it. Your Go Live feature will open.
Select your Camera and Microphone for your GO LIVE Show:
Before starting your GO LIVE Show you will want to select the camera and microphone you will be using for your live show. At the top left you will find two black round icons.
The Microphone on the left are the drop down options for your sound
The Camera on the right are the drop down options for your camera.
You can use the default internal microphone or camera built in your laptop or computer or external ones, using Bluetooth or OBS
Select your Viewing Audience:
At the bottom left of your screen you will find your viewing audience drop down:
Who Can Watch: Public/Followers/Subscriber
Throughout your show you will be able to modify your viewing audience between the three following option:
Public
Followers
Subscribers
Select your first viewing audience before starting your GO LIVE Cam Show.
Select your Target Goal Details:
One great feature that LoyalFans has for your GO LIVE show is goals listing. Letting your fans know three goals you would like to reach during your live cam show using their tips as incentive. These three target goals can be defined and modified by clicking on the Trophy icon at the top right of your screen.
A window will open. The COUNTDOWN GOAL boards let you define your topics and prices for each level.
Level 1 : TOPIC AND TOTAL PRICE
Level 2: TOPIC AND TOTAL PRICE
Level 3: TOPIC AND TOTAL PRICE
And a MINIMUM TIP TO PARTICIPATE field where you can enter the minimum amount in US dollars to participate at each Level.
Note: Once a Level Goal has been reached with tips. The GO LIVE Creator can decide to block this level to only the viewers who have tipped.
The levels can also be reset and modified throughout the entire GO LIVE Cam show.
Click on the green button CONFIRM to save your modifications.
Start your Broadcast:
Now that your settings and audience are defined you are ready to start your broadcast. You will not be listed in the GO LIVE general LoyalFans listing until you click on the Bottom Red Button: START BROADCAST
You are now LIVE and viewers can enter your chatroom and watch your GO LIVE Show
Going Private during your GO LIVE Cam Shows - ONLY PRIVATE:
ONLY PRIVATE is an option where viewers can pay per minute to watch an exclusive show or part of the show.
ONLY PRIVATE is only visible to the viewers who have clicked on this option. Once someone goes private that portion of the show will only be visible to those who are in the ONLY PRIVATE viewing room.
To go private, click on the bottom left red button: ONLY PRIVATE
Recording your GO LIVE Cam Shows:
To Start your Recording:
You have the option to record your GO LIVE cam show.
To record your GO LIVE cam show, click on the Bottom Left Red Button: START RECORD
A message will appear on your top right corner: Live recorded Video
To Stop your Recording:
When you are ready to stop the recording of your show click on the bottom left red button: STOP RECORD
Another message will appear on the top right corner: Live Recorded video
The Video is being processed and will be available in Live recorded videos gallery
To Access your Recordings:
You can access all your GO LIVE Cam show recording in another feature: LIVE RECORDED VIDEOS
LIVE RECORDED VIDEOS are located on the main dashboard. Locate LIVE RECORDED VIDEOS and click on it. Your LIVE RECORDED VIDEOS feature will open with all your video recordings listed.
Each GO LIVE recorded video can be downloaded or embedded in a timeline post by clicking the red button: POST IT NOW. The recording can also be deleted.
If you download your GO LIVE recordings you can send them by DM to your Fans and Subscribers for free or as locked messages or add them to your video store.
View and write to viewers during GO LIVE Shows:
You can talk to your viewers using your microphone but if you want to type messages to your viewers. Simply write your message in the LIVE CHAT tab in the bottom field: Write your message here.
To View and DM viewers:
Click on the USERS Tab to see all your viewers. You can select a viewer and send a WHISPER to that viewer. Sending a whisper is sending a private DM that the general audience won’t see.
This is a great tool to encourage ONLY PRIVATE SHOWS
To Block viewers:
Click on the USERS Tab to see all your viewers. You can select the viewers you want to block. Your blocked users will then be listed under the BLOCKED USERS Tab and won’t be able to see your GO LIVE show until you stop the current live show and start a new one.
To Modify Your Settings:
Click on the Wheel icon - Settings to modify the following options:
- Mirror My video: Toggle ON or OFF.
This toggle will changing the Horizontal view of your camera
- Auto Accept Private Requests: Toggle ON or OFF
This toggle will allow any incoming private show requests to be accepted automatically.
If this feature is not turned ON then you will need to manually accept the ONLY PRIVATE SHOWS requests.
- PRIVATE PRICE: Enter your price per minute for your ONLY PRIVATE SHOWS requests.
To Stop your GO LIVE cam show:
To stop your broadcast. Click on the bottom middle red button: STOP
This will end your Live show and you will no longer be listed in the active general LIVE CONTENT CREATORS listing for live shows.
You will also hear a voice recording “EPIC” that confirms that you have stopped your GO LIVE cam show.
