Audio Store
The Audio Store is a stand alone feature on your Loyalfans profile. All audio clips listed in your audio store can be purchased individually and are not available to your subscribers as part of their profile subscription.
This section allows you to upload and sell individual audio clips to all your fans (public, followers and subscribers). It is a library of your audio clips that is always visible and available to your fans.
The audio clip store is accessible from two locations.
The first location is on the top navigation bar. It is the third icon.
The audio clip store is also located on the main dashboard. Locate the AUDIO STORE Tab on the list and click on it. The Audio Store will open.
To Add a new Audio Clip:
To add a new video clip to your clip store, click on the Red Button all the way at the top of your screen: ADD NEW AUDIO
A new window will open
The first field is TITLE. In this first field enter the title of the audio clip you want to add to your audio store. You can enter up to 150 characters.
The second field is AUDIO DESCRIPTION. In this second field enter the description for the audio clip you want to add to your audio store. You can enter up to 2000 characters.
The third section allows you to select how you want to UPLOAD AUDIO CLIP
You have three options:
- Upload audio Clip (first rectangle) to select an audio file from your device (phone, tablet, laptop, computer or hard drive)
- Select from Media Cloud (second rectangle) to select an audio file from the Media Cloud
- Record audio clip (third rectangle) to record on the spot your audio clip
Once your audio has been selected and uploaded or recorded the following option appears:
AUDIO PREVIEW (OPTIONAL)
Once the audio clip is selected and uploaded you will be able to select an audio preview for your audio clip.
For the audio preview you have the following 3 options:
- Upload a custom preview from your device
- Select a custom preview video from the media cloud
- Record audio preview on the spot
AUDIO COVER (OPTIONAL)
Once the audio clip is selected and uploaded you will be able to select an audio cover for your audio clip.
For the audio cover you have the following 2 choices:
- Upload a custom cover from your device
- Select a custom cover from the media cloud
The first toggle option for your audio clip is: Allow Download
All audio clips purchased in the audio store are streaming audio.
If you toggle ON the Allow Download your fans will be able to also download the audio clip they purchased from you at the resolution you uploaded your audio clip.
The second toggle option for your audio clip is: Share on Twitter that you posted a new audio clip. If you toggle ON the Share on Twitter that you posted a new audio clip your fans following you on your twitter account will view a post when your new audio clip is available in your audio store.
The tweet can be previewed by clicking on the eye icon and also edited by clicking on the pencil icon in the following pop up window.
The third toggle option is for: Disable Comments
If you toggle ON Disable Comments your fans will not be able to post comments after they purchase your audio clip.
Comments can be useful tools for promotional marketing. Positive comments can increase sales.
Price and Scheduling for your audio clip:
Once your audio clip has been uploaded, your cover selected and the audio preview selected as well, you will be ready to select a purchase price for your new audio clip.
To Price your new audio clip:
In the PRICE field enter the purchase price for this audio clip
To Schedule your new audio clip for a future release:
If you want your audio clip to go live as soon as possible in your audio store then DO NOT use this feature.
If you want to schedule your audio clip for a future release.
In the SCHEDULED AUDIO Click on Post it later.
A window will open with two tabs.
First tab is the date selection
Second tab is the time selection
Select your desired date and time and click on the red OK
Your audio clip will now reflect the date and time you selected
Finally click on the Red Button at the bottom POST to add your new audio clip in your audio store.
